The Leadership Exchange is service designed to help match available and
interested Switzer Fellows with organizations seeking a Fellow with whom to
collaborate on a Leadership Grant Program proposal. Switzer Fellows and
organizations (non-profits, government agencies and educational institutions)
should contact erin@switzernetwork.org
with information to be posted in this
section. Switzer Fellows are invited to indicate their availability (once they
have completed their academic degree program) and provide a brief summary of the
kind of organization, issue or project on which they would like to collaborate
with an organization. Nonprofit organizations should send Contact name, title,
phone and email, organization name, address and website and a summary of the
project or position for which they would like to find a fellow, including the
kinds of skills or experience sought.
Organizations with a potential project or position in mind should review the
'Find Fellows Searching for a Leadership Grant Partner' to see if any Switzer
Fellows are looking for a similar project. Organizations can also search the
Fellows Directory to see if there are any Fellows working on the
particular issue. Switzer Fellows looking for a Leadership Grant opportunity
with an organization should review 'Find Organizations Looking for a Fellow' to
see if any organizations or agencies have a similar project in mind. Please
feel free to give us a call to assist you in use of the Leadership Exchange or to
discuss a Leadership Grant Program project idea. See Leadership Grant Program
Guidelines (link) for more details.
