Max is currently pursuing a Master's in the Technology and Policy Program at MIT. His research addresses the environmental and cost impacts of electric vehicles in the Azores, through the MIT-Portugal program. Prior to attending MIT, he worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council's Beijing office on industrial energy efficiency practices. In the future, he hopes to continue to work in energy at the intersection of policy, technology, and science. Max holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, with a focus in systems and controls.
