Max Parness


Max is an Environmental Researcher at Toyota's Washington, DC offices. The scope of his work includes electricity policy and markets; climate change; and transportation funding. Max has also worked as consultant to electric utilities with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Max has a MS from MIT's Technology and Policy program. His graduate work focused on the environmental and cost impacts of electric vehicles. Max holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
