Fellows event: Leadership Learning Agenda webinar

Monday, January 30, 2012 (All day)

Location:

online webinar

A Leadership Learning Agenda is a written outline of your future vision, with goals and strategies to achieve that vision. Preparing a written document is intended to spur self-reflection as you examine your personal and professional aspirations and how the Switzer Foundation might help you reach them. It can also serve as a tool to assess your progress towards professional, personal, and leadership goals. Your Leadership Learning Agenda will serve as a roadmap or agenda for meeting your leadership goals through Switzer Foundation programs and beyond.

During the webinar, we will ask you to brainstorm with the group to start developing your Leadership Learning Agenda, reflecting on your personal leadership style, leadership development goals, and vision for the future. By sharing your vision with a small group, you have the opportunity to test your ideas in a supportive environment while receiving critical feedback to help you as you refine them. We hope that through the webinar and ongoing interaction with Switzer Fellows, colleagues and staff that you will come away with many new ideas to incorporate into your Leadership Learning Agenda.

Want to finish the webinar with a draft Leadership Learning Agenda completed? We are looking for a Fellow who wants to workshop a draft Leadership Learning Agenda during the webinar. Let Lauren know so she can help you prepare.

THIS WEBINAR IS ONLY OPEN TO SWITZER FELLOWS AND LIMITED SEATS ARE AVAILABLE!
