Today’s applied STEM practice requires grounding in social justice. How can STEM education change to teach justice as integral to the work?

In this event, Switzer Fellows Lisa Stoddard and Karen Merritt will share their experiences around the need for applied STEM practice to have a grounding in social justice, and facilitate discussion around approaches and case studies for integrating social justice into STEM as educators and environmental practitioners.

This event is open to all Switzer Fellows, and is hosted by the Switzer Network Race & Equity Discussion Group.
