From energy experts who are researching solar, geothermal, and fracking technologies, to others analyzing the impact of solar installations on the environment to policy analysts advising state and the federal agencies move in a more sustainable direction, Switzer Fellows are some of the nation’s leaders on climate change and renewable energy.
Traditional mentoring ideas often leave us feeling that something is missing. This workshop, facilitated by the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity, will challenge conventional wisdom and present a new framework to help you re-imagine mentoring. Participants will map their current mentoring network, identify areas of need and create a plan to expand their network. This event is open to Switzer Fellows from all sectors and career stages.
