A healthy and sustainable food supply is at the heart of many discussions about the environmental impacts of human activity. Switzer Fellows are leading the way with their work in areas as diverse as improving access to healthy food in hospitals, disseminating techniques for increasing yields in countries already hard hit by climate change, and researching the spread of GMOs into native crops.
