Christy Merrick

Christy Merrick serves as the Director of the Natural Start Alliance, a new initiative from the North American Association for Environmental Education to advance environmental education for young children. For over 15 years, she has worked in environmental education and communications, for institutions including international environmental organizations, local environmental groups, for-profit corporations, and state agencies. She holds a bachelor's degree with highest honors in wildlife ecology from the University of Florida and a master's degree in environmental management from Yale University.
