Jason Mark

Biography

Jason completed his Masters in Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley in 1996. He has spent the past few years working on transportation, energy and environmental issues. He graduated in 1991 from Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where he did research on biomass energy and industrial energy efficiency. After Princeton, he went on to become an analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado focusing on the environmental benefits of renewable-electric technologies and advanced transportation vehicles. This latter area of research carried forward into his studies, as well as his work as an Energy Analyst for the Union of Concerned Scientists.
