Max Parness


Max is a Program Manager for energy and climate research at Toyota's Washington, DC offices. His research supports Toyota's fuel economy regulatory development. Recent topics of interest include upstream CO2 emissions, vehicle fueling infrastructure, and fleet modeling. Max has also worked as consultant to electric utilities with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Max has a MS from MIT's Technology and Policy program. His graduate work focused on the environmental and cost impacts of electric vehicles. Max holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
