Orosz’s organization OnePower selected as finalist for AFSIA Minigrid of the Year

Matt Orosz's organization, OnePower, was nominated as a finalist for the 2022 AFSIA Minigrid of the Year Award. Nominees for a suite of awards were selected by a jury of professionals from across the solar energy sector in Africa. "Rewarded for their professionalism, their innovation, their selflessness, their entrepreneurial spirit, and simply their excellence in the sector, AFSIA honors those who make the continent shine."

Matt shared, "On behalf of the 1PWR team we are very grateful to have our Lesotho project selected as a finalist, alongside ENGIE Energy Access in Nigeria and Nuru in DRC, for the AFSIA "Minigrid of the Year" award.
