About Stephen's Work

Steve is director of external communications and government relations for the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Previous positions include government relations and communications director for University of Illinois Extension; assistant to the executive director of the Prairie Research Institute (University of Illinois); director of California Hydropower Reform Coalition (Berkeley, California), and program coordinator for Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Authority (Portland, Oregon).
