About Michael's Work
Michael Billingsley is a Vice President at Bayview Asset Management, a global alternative investment firm focused on capital solutions across the credit landscape. Michael is responsible for structuring and executing Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing (C-PACE) alongside construction and bridge financing for all commercial real estate assets on a national basis. C-PACE financing funds commercial real estate development projects that demonstrate a commitment to environmentally-conscience building design and construction. Michael serves on the Switzer Foundation Board of Trustees and is the Chair of the Investment Committee responsible for overseeing the foundation’s investment strategy, policies, and performance.
