Liberatory Facilitation Training Series

We are excited to partner with Spring Up to bring a special series on "Liberatory Facilitation" to the Switzer Network. This online training series will focus on two questions: What does it take to be free together? And, what is the role of the facilitator in supporting that freedom? Through dismantling notions of what ‘should’ happen in facilitated spaces and how people ‘should’ learn, participants will learn skills to lead people and spaces towards differentiation and self-directed learning. Participation in all three sessions is required. We have space for up to 40 Switzer Fellows to participate, at no cost to the fellow. Please register here by May 10th. If we have more than 40 fellows sign up, we will select participants randomly from the registration list.
