Marina Dewinara Luccioni is a Corsican-Indonesian ecologist and experimental film-maker studying human and environmental health. Her PhD dissertation focuses on using chemical and molecular ecology in support of community-based and Indigenous ecological governance in Corsica, Hawai’i and California.

Brook M Thompson is a Yurok and Karuk Native American Ph.D. candidate at UC Santa Cruz ENVS, scientist, civil/ environmental engineer, children's book author, water activist, and artist. Thompson's areas of expertise includes Chinook Salmon on the Klamath, environmental justice, restoration theory, and Indigenous Traditional Ecological Knowledge.

Timothy Onuh researches innovative approaches to improve the removal efficiency of nanoparticles (an emerging contaminant) from wastewater systems and promote sustainable water treatment. He strives to integrate his research with policy advocacy, with the overarching goal of practically translating science and engineering principles into socially and environmentally responsible policies.

Jonisha Aubain researches the design, construction, and techno-economic analysis of tidal energy technology for application in isolated island communities. Her goal is to increase technical opportunity for enhancing local energy systems with emphasis on community involvement and independence.

Sol is driven by global environmentalism, particularly by understanding how knowledge about the environment is produced, shared, and influences our relationship with it. Her focus is on the intersection of sanitation and agriculture.

Nia aims to create efficient, solar-powered catalysts to transform groundwater nitrate contaminants into useful products, spanning the gap between research and application.
